However, managing thousands of customer messages can be overwhelming, and only a subset requires immediate human intervention. This project leverages Deep Learning models and LLMs to analyze various aspects of customer messages, such as sentiment analysis, satisfaction levels, purchasing intent, and more, ensuring businesses respond effectively and efficiently.

For those who wear glasses, you know how crucial interpupillary distance (IPD) is. It determines the optical center of your lenses and ensures proper focus. Buying glasses online can be challenging if you don’t know this value. This project provides a real-time, client-side solution that calculates your interpupillary distance from an image with less than 2mm of error, making it easier to find the perfect fit for your eyewear.
